AI Hiring generates tailored interview questions, joins the Teams meeting as a text or voice bot, interviews the candidate and shows you a live transcript in one dashboard. Every answer is also graded into a scored report, with the candidate's own words as evidence, so your team runs smarter interviews and makes better hires.
How does AI Hiring join a Microsoft Teams interview?
Paste the Teams meeting link into your dashboard and click launch. The bot joins the call like any other participant, follows the question set built from the resume, and streams the transcript back to you in real time.
Does it use the job description to pick questions?
Yes. When you upload a job description with the resume, AI Hiring matches the candidate's experience against what the role needs and writes questions that test those requirements.
Can candidates take a coding test?
Yes. Every plan includes a coding assessment round, where candidates solve problems in the browser and you review their code and results afterwards.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes every feature (voice and video interview bots, coding assessments and the live transcript) for up to 3 interviews a month. Pro costs ₹2,499 per month for unlimited interviews.
How are answers scored?
Every answer is graded out of 10: up to 6 marks for the key points it covers, with quotes from the answer as evidence, 2 for depth and 2 for clarity. You get an overall score out of 100, a score for each skill, and a recommendation from Strong hire to Not recommended. Skills your job description requires count double. See the full breakdown.
