You sign up on the Free plan and upgrade to Pro from your dashboard. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.
What counts as an interview?
One interview is one candidate interviewed by the AI interviewer: the bot joins the Teams meeting, asks the questions and you get the scored report. On the Free plan you can run 3 a month; the count starts again on the 1st of each month. An interview that fails to start (for example, a wrong meeting link) does not count.
What do I get with every interview?
Questions tailored to the candidate's resume (and to the job description, if you add one), a live transcript while the interview runs, and a scored report afterwards: a score for every answer with the candidate's own words as evidence, a skill-by-skill breakdown and an overall recommendation for you to review.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription. To cancel it, write to support@aivisualz.com from your account email and we will cancel it for you. If you delete your account, the subscription is cancelled first.
