AI Hiring is an AI interviewer for Microsoft Teams, built by Robo and AI in Chennai, India.
Why we built it
First-round interviews take a lot of a hiring team's time, and two interviewers rarely ask the same questions or score answers the same way. We built AI Hiring so every candidate gets a fair, consistent first interview, in the Microsoft Teams meetings companies already use, and so recruiters get a clear, evidence-based report instead of scattered notes.
What AI Hiring does
Our AI interviewer, Aara, reads the candidate's resume and the job description, joins the Teams meeting, asks tailored questions, follows up on the answers and grades every answer with the candidate's own words as evidence.
