Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Hiring interview platform and mobile app, operated by Robo and AI, Chennai, India ("we", "us", "our") (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

AI Hiring sends an AI interview assistant into Microsoft Teams meetings, generates interview questions from a candidate's resume, transcribes the conversation, and produces scored interview reports for the organization running the interview.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account, whether by email/password or by signing in with Microsoft Entra ID.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
• Accounts are intended for use by working professionals and organizations conducting legitimate hiring activity, not for personal or household use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to record or interview someone without their knowledge that an AI assistant is participating in the meeting.
• Upload resumes, recordings, or other content you don't have the right to use.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
• Use interview scores or reports as the sole basis for an employment decision without human review — they're intended to assist, not replace, your hiring judgment.

Your content

You retain ownership of the resumes, recordings, transcripts, and reports your organization generates through the Service ("Interview Content"). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and billing

The Free plan includes a limited number of interviews per month; an active Pro subscription removes that limit. Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure — including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra ID, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure (including Azure OpenAI), Recall.ai and ElevenLabs — to function. We're not responsible for outages or changes in those third-party services that affect the Service.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated interview questions, transcripts, and scores may contain errors or inaccuracies. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular hiring outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robo and AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including hiring decisions made using its output.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use section above.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
