Delete your account

You can delete your AI Hiring account and its data yourself, at any time, from the website. This covers every way of signing in: email and password, Microsoft, Google, and the AI Hiring mobile app, which uses the same account.

Delete it yourself

1. Sign in at hiring.aivoicez.com/signin.
2. Open Settings, then the Privacy & data tab.
3. Under Delete account, type DELETE and choose Delete my account.

The account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. To keep a copy first, use Export my data on the same tab.

Or ask us to delete it

Email support@aivisualz.com from the email address of your AI Hiring account, with the subject "Delete my AI Hiring account". We confirm the request comes from you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address and password hash, and the link to the mobile app.
• Every interview: candidates, resumes and contact details, transcripts, scored reports, and coding assessments.
• Proctoring screenshots taken during interviews and coding assessments.
• Your company profile, interview settings, knowledge-base documents and API keys.

If you are on Pro

Your Pro subscription is cancelled first, immediately. If the cancellation does not go through, nothing is deleted and you can try again.

What is kept, and for how long

• Database backups, which contain the deleted data until they expire after 7 days.
• Server logs, which can contain your email address, deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Payment records held by Razorpay, our payment processor, under its own legal record-keeping duties.
